Agreement

These terms are between you and Zyvora Academy. Any offer or written agreement we give you for a program also applies.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the platform, access other users' data, upload malicious code, or misuse course materials. Code you run in lab environments must stay within those environments.

Course materials

Materials are licensed to you for personal learning during your enrollment and as stated in the intellectual property policy.

Credentials

Zyvora Academy credentials are professional certificates. They are not academic degrees and confer no university credit unless expressly stated for a specific program.

Paying by card

Amounts agreed with admissions can be paid by card on the Get access page. There are no fixed prices there: you choose the program, enter the amount agreed with us and your billing details, and pay in US dollars on a secure checkout processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our systems.

A refund or cancellation must be requested within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, including purchases made through a financing or pay-later provider. After that no refund is available. Details are in our refund policy.
