Certificate verification policy
How credentials are issued, verified, corrected and revoked.
Last updated 31 October 2026
Issuance
Certificates are issued automatically when all completion rules for a program and duration are met, and carry a unique ID and QR code.
Verification
Anyone can check a certificate ID on the verification page. It shows the holder's name, program, credential type, issue date and current status.
Corrections and revocation
Name corrections produce a reissued certificate; the old ID shows as superseded. Certificates obtained through a proven integrity breach may be revoked; the page will show the status, not the reason.
