Who we are

Zyvora Academy is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Data we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing address, country, application answers, coursework and messages.

Information collected automatically, with consent where required: device and usage data, and campaign parameters from links you followed.

Information from payment providers: payment status and limited billing details. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, run admissions, deliver programs, issue and verify certificates, process payments, keep the platform secure, and, only with your consent, send marketing.

Legal bases

Depending on your location: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

Paying by card

Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our systems. We receive the payment status, the amount and your billing details, and Stripe emails your receipt.

Sharing

We share data with processors that host, email, process payments (Stripe, for card payments) or analyse usage on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use. Enterprise sponsors see aggregate progress for seats they fund. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact. Learning records and certificate data are kept for as long as needed to verify credentials.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Use the data deletion request page or contact us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
